more on my summer

So the house is coming together nicely. Dad, mom, grandpa, and granma, traveled to Abilene to meet up with me, Eric, and his mom and dad to throw down some serious elbow greece and paint on our old house! We worked hard-hard this past weekend, and got a lot done! I'm very thankful for my loving, helpful family. We painted, and peeled, cleaned and sealed. We hung up fans, and lights, and laid down tile. Eric and I made like 50,000 runs to Lowe's. I think I know that store backwards.. but my wonderful father had to crawl under the house to fix a plumbling leak under our tub.. he said he got to be friends with the spiders! ACK! haha
I'm trying to finish up my internship in the next three weeks.. I've loved it, but I need to get it finished so that Eric and I can move all our stuff into our house so that after the wedding we won't have to deal with it. It's a lil more than 4 weeks untill the big day! (squeeeeal) I'm getting more excited and nervous by the day..
We met with our cateror lady and our flower lady today.. we're making our own bouquets.. so that should be fun! Dad's making cheesecakes and we're having chocolate fondue. I also made the cutest head bands for the flower girls..aww.
The last of the the three wedding showers is July 9 at Greenlawn. And we still have to get our marriage license.
So it's all coming together, and there's just a few more things that need to be done...but all is going Gr-EAt!
Lauren and I are going to photograph weddings every weekend for the next month.. and we have to shoots tomorrow..so more pics soon..
