Lacy & Virgil

While I was in Abilene visiting friends and family I photographed Lacy & Virgil. They were getting married in Colorado soon after these photos were taken. Lacy is a nurse and Virgil is a veterinarian. The shoot was really fun and thankfully we dodged the rain! Here are a bunch of my favorite shots. It feels good to get to shoot with my own camera. I hope things work out so that I can keep doing more of this soon! :0)

Psalm 51:10-12

Create in me a pure heart, O God,
and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

Do not cast me from your presence
or take your Holy Spirit from me.

Restore to me the joy of your salvation
and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.

Friday 3.06.09

It's Haiku Friday!
I almost forgot this one.
I hope you will understand.

See, it's my first week
on the job, learning new things.
The days have flown by.

I have enjoyed it.
I got to shoot some kiddos.
With the camera.
